— BUILDING A STRONGER, HEALTHIER YOU
Who is Strength and Conditioning (S&C) for?
Our Strength and Conditioning sessions are designed to accommodate individuals of all abilities. Whether you are new to resistance training, an athlete aiming to enhance performance, or simply looking to improve your overall fitness – your goals are important to us.
We can help you build resilience and become stronger, because we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to reach their full physical potential.
What is involved in a S&C session?
Our experienced personal trainer/physiotherapists will conduct a thorough evaluation of your current fitness level, considering factors such as strength, flexibility, mobility, and any existing injuries or limitations.
We'll discuss your health history, previous exercise experience, and your individual goals to create a personalised exercise plan.
During the session, we will guide you through a series of assessments and exercises which may include a combination of resistance training, functional exercises, flexibility work, and cardiovascular conditioning.
Our experienced personal trainer/physiotherapists provide guidance to ensure correct form and technique during exercises, minimising the risk of injury and maximising effectiveness. Following this, individuals have the option to attend our Thrive Strength exercise class or have follow-up consultations to track progress and to make necessary adjustments to their exercise programme.
