Thrive Membership Pause
How do I pause my membership?
Membership Pauses can be requested by providing written notice via email to reception@totalphysiosydney.com.au. Pauses must be for complete weeks (Monday to Sunday), for example, if you are away for 1.5 weeks, the pause will need to be for 1 or 2 weeks. Debits will automatically recommence once the requested pause has come to an end.
Please inform us if you would like to be booked into your usual classes upon resumption of your membership to ensure you have a spot in your preferred classes.
Thrive Class Recurrent/Multiple Bookings
How do I book recurring/multiple classes ahead?
All recurrent/multiple class booking requests can be emailed to reception@totalphysiosydney.com.au with clear details of class type, time & dates. You can book up to 8 weeks ahead. Please provide 4 weeks notice prior to further recurrent/multiple class booking requests to ensure your desired classes are available. Places are assigned on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Once booked you will receive an email with your upcoming class schedule.
Class leads will no longer be able to take booking requests at end/start of classes to avoid booking errors.
Thrive Class Cancellations
How do I cancel a class?
The easiest way to cancel a class is to send a SMS to 0483 967 756 or email reception@totalphysiosydney.com.au. If this SMS/email is sent with a minimum 12 hours notice, your class with be early cancelled with no penalty. Reception will send an acknowledgement of cancellation during our opening hours.
Any class cancellations within a 12 hour period will forfeit a class credit (If on Class Packs) or incur a $10 late cancellation fee (If on Memberships).
Thrive Online Class Bookings
Can I book my classes online?
You can book classes online by following our instructions here. You must have your online booking code from your first welcome email. To cancel one off classes online you also will need your booking code. You cannot reschedule classes online. If you do not have your booking code please contact reception and they will be happy to assist you.
*Useful Tip - it is much easier to book recurring classes and cancel classes using the instructions above then trying to do this online!

How do I cancel my membership?
If you unfortunately need to cancel your membership please put your request in writing (with your reason for cancellation) to reception@totalphysiosydney.com.au. A 2 week notice period is required for membership cancellations.
