Thrive Strength, Pilates & Yoga

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at maximum 4-8 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please book ahead via reception@totalphysiosydney.com.au

 
 

THRIVE MAT

Tuesdays & Thursdays

Thrive Mat is a guided 45 minute mat pilates class that incorporates whole body exercises while maintaining a focus on breath, core control and positioning. Every class is different and may include various props to advance or assist as required. All classes can be modified and are lead by a qualified physiotherapist who can adjust to suit your specific needs or injuries. These classes have a focus on lengthening and strengthening the whole body, particularly the core and glutes. This class is suitable for all ages, abilities and conditions, including osteoporosis.

Once you feel confident with your mat pilates, reformer is the next level you may be looking for. This 45 minute pilates class is completed on a reformer machine (a moving platform with various resistive springs). The springs allow for higher resistance exercises, more balance and stability challenges, all while getting a full body burn.

Thrive strength is a structured strength training program which includes variations to ensure balanced development across muscle groups. Thrive Strength emphasises proper form, gradual progression, and provides a supportive environment for all fitness levels, helping members build functional strength for everyday life.

Thrive Strength+ takes your strength training to the next level by integrating both weightlifting and reformer Pilates into a single class. This unique combination ensures that you not only gain muscle but also improve your core stability, balance, and overall body coordination. Thrive Strength+ strikes the perfect balance between intense strength training and controlled, mindful movement.
