Purchase a Membership or Pass Pack.
Already have a Membership or Pass Pack? Go straight to Step 2.
Step 2
Click on the button below.
Practitioner = Any Available
Make sure ‘Classes’ is selected, not ‘Appointments’
Select the type of class you would like to attend from the options
Book yourself in to the class(es) you wish to attend
Step 3
Note your booked classes in your diary or calendar, or use our booking handout linked here. Physical copies are also available at Thrive gym, just ask your class instructor!
Step 4
Turn up to class and enjoy the benefits! You may wish to bring a towel and water bottle.
Pilates Classes: Socks are required for Reformer Pilates classes and are optional for Mat classes. We recommend Pilates Grip Socks and have some available for sale at the Total Physiotherapy reception.
Please note, classes commence at the scheduled time to ensure we run on time. Looking forward to seeing you!
