April Important Thrive Updates

We’ve got a lot of exciting news here at the Thrive Gym, and we’re thrilled to share all the updates with you. Here’s everything you need to know:

1. New Classes Are Here

We’re constantly looking for ways to keep your fitness journey exciting, and we’ve added some fantastic new classes to our schedule:

9:30am Prime Movers Level 2 on Wednesdays

7:45pm Thrive Strength+ on Tuesdays

2pm Thrive Yoga on Fridays

2. Reminder of Our Cancellation Policy

Any class cancellations will need to be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. A $10 late cancel fee applies to clients on Thrive Memberships / if you are on Thrive class packs you lose a class. We do not wish to need to enforce this fee however having this policy helps us maintain a better experience for all members, to ensure spots in classes aren’t wasted and to prevent our instructors from spending time planning classes for people who don’t show up! We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

3. Thrive Reformer Capacity Increased

We’re excited to announce that our two new Reformer Pilates machines have arrived and we have increased our capacity to 6 participants in all Thrive Reformer classes. This is a fantastic way to challenge your core, improve flexibility, and build strength. Make sure to book your spot in one of our Reformer Pilates classes

4. Our New Website is Live

We’re thrilled to launch our brand-new website! It’s easier than ever to check out our class schedule, class videos, manage your Thrive account, and stay updated on all things gym-related. 5. Thrive Bookings Open Until the End of June 2025

Don’t forget that you can book classes all the way through to the end of June! We’re committed to making sure you can secure your favorite classes ahead of time. Be sure to reserve your spots early by emailing reception@totalphysiosydney.com.au or book online, especially for those popular sessions!

6. April Public Holidays Schedule

With April public holidays just around the corner, please be advised we are closed in Thrive Gym & Total Physio Clinic 18th, 19th, 21st & 25th April.

7. Check Out Our Blog Posts

Every Monday we’re sharing physio tips and updates in our blog posts. If you haven’t yet, head over to our blog section here https://www.totalphysiosydney.com.au/totalphysio-blog for some awesome research from our physios.

8. Nookal Developments

We’re also excited to announce some Nookal developments. Nookal is the system we use for booking and managing memberships, and it’s getting even better. By the end of 2025 there will be enhanced features that will make managing your bookings and appointments easier than ever before. In the interim if you have any issues with our online system please continue to email your bookings to reception@totalphysiosydney.com.au.

9. Pre-Exercise Form: Must be completed for 2025

Your safety and well-being are our top priority. That’s why we’ve sent all active members a Pre-Exercise Form that must you fill out before participating in classes. This form ensures we have the necessary up to date information to provide you with the best experience and avoid any injuries. It’s quick, easy, and can be filled out online! Please note: You must complete this form if you have been prompted by SMS in the past month even if you have previously completed on in the last few years.
