March Updates at Thrive

We wanted to take this opportunity to announce some exciting updates at Thrive Gym coming this month.

Due to outstanding demand for Prime Movers Level 2 from 19th March 2025 we are opening a new Wednesday class 09:30am-10:15am.
This class will then be available Monday - Friday for our over 50s members.

Thrive Strength now has increased capacity allowing up to 8 participants in each class. Tuesday Thrive Strength 7:30am & 8:15am remain at 6 participants with Aideen. We have also opened a new 7:45pm Thrive Strength class with Stuart on Tuesdays starting next week 18th March 2025 (max 6 participants).

We are excited to announce that Thrive will soon be offering a Thrive yoga class, specifically designed to complement our physiotherapy services and support your overall well-being. Our physio-led yoga sessions with Kathryn are perfect for anyone looking to enhance their fitness routine, whether you're new to yoga or have specific health concerns.

- Small Group Sessions: Our classes are intentionally kept small to ensure personalised attention and a supportive environment for every participant.
- Physio-Led: Our experienced physiotherapist Kathryn Melvin will lead the classes, ensuring that each pose and movement is performed safely and effectively, with modifications for those with injuries or physical limitations.

- Suitable for Pre and Post-Natal: Our yoga classes are ideal for expecting and new mothers. We focus on gentle strengthening, flexibility, and relaxation techniques to support your journey through pregnancy and beyond.

What to Bring:
- We provide mats and some blocks for your convenience.
- You are welcome to bring your own mat and blocks if you prefer.
