CLASS BOOKINGS -

Our class schedule and booking system is powered by Mindbody. You can book via the Mindbody app, our app ‘Total Physiotherapy - Thrive’ or our page on the Mindbody site.

Mindbody App

  1. Download the Mindbody app from your app store or here. If you do not already have a Mindbody account, you will need to create one.

  2. Once you have logged in, search for ‘Total Physiotherapy - Thrive’ in the app.

  3. Tap on the listing

  4. Tap on the bottom left “View Schedule” button to view all classes on a specific day. You can navigate to different days/weeks using the calendar at the top of the screen.

  5. Tap on the bottom right “View Pricing” button to view our pricing options. For our pass packs, select “Strength & Pilates” and then the relevant pack you would like to purchase. For our membership options, click on “More”.

  6. To book into a class, tap on the class you would like to join and then select “Next”. If you have not already purchased a pass pack or membership, you will be prompted to pay for the class as a single session. You can change this to a pass pack by tapping the arrow next to the “Thrive Class Single Session”.

  7. To view the classes you have booked, select your Profile from the bottom menu bar. To cancel* any of these, select “Cancel” next to the relevant class.

  8. To view any purchases or existing payment methods, select “Passes” on your Profile.

  9. To view any classes you have attended, select “Activity” on your profile.

Our App

  1. Download our app from your app store by searching for ‘Total Physiotherapy - Thrive’ or here.

  2. If you have a Mindbody account, login using these details. If you don’t, you will need to create an account.

  3. Once you have logged in, tap on the ‘Book’ icon on the bottom menu bar. You can scroll up to view all upcoming classes or, if you want to navigate to a specific day, tap on the calendar icon on the top right-hand corner, and select the relevant day.

  4. Tap on the ‘Buy’ icon on the bottom menu bar to view our pricing options. For our pass packs, select “Strength & Pilates” and then the relevant pack you would like to purchase. For our membership options, click on “Autopay”.

  5. To book into a class, tap on the class you would like to join and then select “Book”. If you have not already purchased a pass pack or membership, you will be prompted to do so after this.

  6. To view the classes you have booked, select your Profile from the bottom menu bar. To cancel* any of these, select “Cancel” next to the relevant class.

  7. To view any purchases or existing payment methods, select “Passes” or “Wallet” on your profile.

  8. To view any classes you have attended, select “Schedule” and then scroll down to “Previous” on your profile.

Mindbody Site

  1. Visit our page on the Mindbody site here. Bookmark this page so it will be easy for you to return to!

  2. If you have a Mindbody account, login using these details. If you don’t, you will need to create an account.

  3. Once you have logged in, click on “Classes” to view our schedule. Use the “Week” button or Calendar icon on the top of the page to navigate to a different week.

  4. Select “Online Store” to view our pass pack options, and then select “Contracts” and use the drop down to explore our membership options.

  5. To book into a class, return to the “Classes” tab and then find the relevant class you would like to join. Select “Sign up now”. If you have not already purchased a pass pack or membership, you will be prompted to do so after this.

  6. To view the classes you have booked, select “My Info” and then “My Schedule” from the top menu bar. To cancel* any of these, select “Cancel” next to the relevant class.

  7. To view any purchases or existing payment methods, select “Purchase History” and “Account”.

  8. To view any classes you have attended, select “Visit History”.

*Note that we require at least 2 hours of notice to cancel a class without penalty. Cancellations outside this window will result in you losing your class credit.
