Bonnie Butler - Practice Manager

Bonnie joined our practice in 2022, having previously worked in super, investments and insurance. She has several years of experience working in administrative and customer service roles in the allied health space, and loves helping others.

As Practice Manager, Bonnie is responsible for overseeing all areas of the clinic and gym, and is your go-to girl for any queries related to appointments, class bookings, invoicing and payments, online support (e.g., Mindbody and Physitrack), health fund claiming and general administration.

Bonnie grew up in Northern Illawarra and now lives in East Sydney. When she’s not working, you’ll find her at the gym, doing a coastal walk, at the beach or a music festival!

Bonnie works at the front desk on Monday afternoons, and Wednesday through Saturday.

Anne McKay - Receptionist

Anne is a proud mother of 4 who has spent her life in the Eastern Suburbs. She is passionate about people’s health and well-being and jumped at the opportunity to help her son Stuart when she learnt he was starting his own Physiotherapy practice!

Prior to this role, Anne spent 13 years working as a Pharmacy Assistant in a busy Randwick Pharmacy. This background has proven to be a valuable resource when assisting patients with other aspects of the treatment of their injuries. Through her personal experiences with Physiotherapy and her professional experience in healthcare, she is a vital member of the Total Physiotherapy team.

You’ll find Anne at the front desk on Monday and Tuesday!
