She is comfortable treating injuries and conditions, including but not limited to musculoskeletal and sports injuries, neck and back pain, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, osteopaenia/osteoporosis, and child/teen injuries. Megan’s keen interest in preventing and managing injuries stemmed from years spent training, performing and coaching Circus, including aerials, tumbling, acrobatics and handstands. Megan believes in helping empower each client to achieve their goals utilising her skills in exercise prescription, manual therapy, taping and education.
Megan’s background in pilates training, and her understanding of musculoskeletal conditions, allows her to draw on the foundations of pilates principles to provide a tailored approach to treating a variety of injuries and conditions. Megan finds pilates to be particularly beneficial for individuals who experience acute or chronic back and neck pain, scoliosis, osteoporosis, hip impingement and chronic glute weakness. Not only does she incorporate pilates, where appropriate, in an individual’s injury rehab, but she also offers clinical pilates sessions for individuals and small groups. Megan took her pilates and rehab experience into our Thrive gym where she leads and has observed great results in “Thrive Spines”, our small group clinical pilates class for individuals who experience neck or back pain. In addition, Megan leads a number of our Thrive Pilates Mat and Reformer classes.
Megan has been involved with the New South Wales Gaelic Athletic Association (NSWGAA) and the Men’s and Women’s Sydney Irish Rugby teams, providing physio coverage at sports tournaments. Her involvement comprises field assessments and treatment of acute injuries and concussions, advice and taping to manage underlying injuries during the game, warm up and prehab education and advice, and long-term management and rehabilitation of injuries in the clinic.
Having been exposed to multiple areas of physiotherapist, including neurological rehabilitation, cardiorespiratory rehabilitation and paediatrics, Megan is a well-rounded Senior physiotherapist.

Mark recognises the importance of understanding his clients’ full story before prescribing an appropriate rehabilitation plan to meet their individual and sporting goals.

Mark believes that a tailored exercise program helps you to become a more robust and better performing athlete than you were pre-injury.
Further areas of interest include pre- and post-operative physiotherapy treatment and ACL rehabilitation. Mark is committed to providing excellence in care after witnessing the positive impact physiotherapy had on his mum in her post-surgical rehabilitation. Mark is dedicated to diligently following the rehabilitation protocols that identify his client’s level of ability at each stage. This aids exercise progression at the right pace, thus allowing clients to return to their normal activities with minimal delay.
Mark plans to complete his ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Accreditation this December to further expand his knowledge in Strength & Conditioning for his clients. He is a big advocate of exercise for the body and mind, and enjoys working with all age groups.
