Freya Bronwin - Psychotherapist & Founder of Reframe Sessions.
Freya is a psychotherapist with a special interest in the psychological side of exercise and injury. Originally from the UK, Freya has a decade of experience working with individuals, families, businesses and athletes to unlock positive change. She has worked in a range of contexts; from frontline health services like the Samaritans suicide helpline and an NHS family therapy clinic, to the corporate worlds of Google and the BBC.
Freya founded Reframe Sessions to support the emotional well-being and mental strength of individuals during and after injury. Whether you’re an everyday mover or an Olympian, injuries can have a profound impact on not only your body, but also your identity, relationships, and hopes for the future. As a runner and ex competitive rower herself, Freya has experienced the challenges that injuries can bring, and the possibilities that can unfold with meaningful support.
